【ウクライナからワンちゃん１頭、ネコちゃん２頭を輸入しました】・・

ウクライナ戦争から避難された飼い主様のペット３頭、ドイツから日本へのお引越しのお手伝いをさせていただきました。

日本へ無事到着後、弊社にてペット達を北海道の飼い主様に直接お届けしに行きました。

ペット達は遅れて日本へ到着しましたが、飼い主様と共に戦争を乗り越え、無事日本で飼い主様と再会できとても安心しました。

飼い主様より暖かいコメントとペット達のかわいいお写真をいただいております。

“I was moving my dog and two cats from Germany to Japan, and I needed help with transferring them from Tokyo to Hokkaido. I was lucky to find Burden. Burden's representative Airi was most helpful, she met my pets when they arrived at Narita, took care of all the formalities including customs clearance and veterinary inspection, booked a pet hotel because my pets had to stay in Tokyo for one night, and then flew with them to Sapporo to delivery them personally to me, saving me a lt of time and trouble. The pets were in good condition, even less stressed then I expected. I am really grateful to Burden and to Airi in particular for helping me reunite with my pets.”
